Can I return a product?
♥ Customized Products
Errors on customized products are dealt with on a case by case basis. Please email orders@theinvitelady.com for assistance with customized product returns.
♥ Non-Customized Products
Products that don't have customization on them can be returned for a full refund. Your refund will be issued once we receive the item. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless an error was made on our part.

Personalized products require production time before shipment. Estimated production and delivery timing is provided during the ordering process. Expedited options may be available when timing allows.
